Paul J. Cates, Broker/Owner, has over 35 years experience in the Real Estate Industry. He holds three(3) active State of Florida professional licenses: Real Estate Broker(Lic. #BK3258460), Certified General Contractor(Lic. #CGC061685), and Home Inspector(Lic. #HI3459). He has thirteen (13) years experience in municipal government, and has owned/managed single family and multi-family properties. He is a native Floridian and a permanent resident of The Villages, Fl. His knowledge and experience gives him the ability to manage and maintain your property in order to protect your investment.
