Exterior Services
- Check windows and doors for attempted access or leaks/cracks
- Check A/C, pool pump, water softener, etc. for damage or theft
- Check irrigation system
- Check landscaping and lawn to determine the level of care provided by service company
- Check roof and gutters for damage or obstructions (from ground level)
- Check for storm damage
- Remove flyers, newspapers, packages, lawn signs etc.
Interior Services
- Check thermostat settings and record
- Turn water off/on as needed
- Run water in kitchen and bath, tubs and toilets to check for leaks
- Run garbage disposal
- Check refrigerator and freezer (when applicable)
- Run rinse cycle on dishwasher
- Turn off breakers to major appliances (per owner)
- Check electrical panel for tripped breakers
- Check water heater for leaks
- Check ceilings, windows, coves etc. for leaks
- Check for pest, insects, mold and fungus
Additional Services
- Drive Golf Cart/Car
- Retrieve and forward mail
- Change batteries in carbon monoxide & smoke detectors
- Meet vendors, contractors and/or deliveries
- Additional inspections due to storm/owners request
