Yes, Key Lime Realty, LLC is a Florida licensed Real Estate Company.
Management and Maintenance of Your Asset+
All maintenance and management are taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. All guests submit a work order so we can track problems, identify the exact issue then coordinate quality vendor services in a timely manner.
Security Deposits+
Security Deposits are collected at lease signing and are held in a Florida non interest baring Escrow Account according to Florida Statues. Security deposits are returned according to the Statue which is stated in the rental agreement.
How much is the Management Fee?+
The Management Fee is between 12% and 18% depending on the type of rental and the amount of rentals available.
Is there a fee to list my property?+
Yes the fee is $250 which covers:
- Filming a virtual tour/still shots
- Setting up website page
- Registration for sales tax collection with FDDR if applicable
- Setting up owners account for income and expense tracking and reports.
- Preparing and executing rental /lease agreement
- Setting up direct deposit
