Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, you will get to review all leases. The signing of the lease depends on the type of management agreement
you will have in place with us.
How and when will I receive my checks?
You will receive your check at the end of the month by your choice of check or direct deposit.
How is rent collection handled?
Long term leases are paid on a monthly basis and short term leases are paid in full prior to occupancy.
