We will have written instructions for you when you arrive as to where and how they are issued. The cost is $50.00 for 2 I.Ds.
Is my Security Deposit refundable?
Yes, upon satisfactory inspection and completion of you rental agreement.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs and maintenance request?
All repairs and maintenance due to normal wear and tear will be the responsibility of the owner. All damages will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
